The reason we can offer FREE products is that our supplier sometimes gives us products for free at the end of their production cycle. In other cases, we run some special promotional campaigns and offers. We do however ask you to pay for shipping on these free products.

In the rare instance, you receive a faulty product, there is no “Return Policy”. We simply send you a new product, at no cost. This way, you will not have to pay extra for return shipping, after all, it's not your fault!

Shipping times vary from 12-20 days for the US to 3-5 Weeks for International Shipping this is due to large order volumes as well as logistics. Our warehouse network is located in various locations around the world. Product availability varies across our network and an item may not always ship from the warehouse closest to your location.
