It always depends on what product and based on your location. However, most of our products will make it to your door within 10-30 business days, excluding our 2-5 day processing fee.
You can change your shipping address inside your account.

If you have found that the product has been damaged from shipping, please send us pictures of the product to [email protected] and we will get another item shipped to you immediately.

All orders can be changed or canceled until they are shipped. If the order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Yes, you can! If an item is currently sold out, click the product and submit your e-mail address under the product. Once it is back in stock, we will inform you through email.
